Thanks. These characters are the most fun to work with, as opposed to the ones in the past. All of the characters you mentioned were created with the purpose of being funny, other than the ones that you and Cards made, since I didn't male those. I really liked this chapter a lot! Buddy was kind of a jerk, but I do think he could have stayed a bit longer so we could see what he's really made of. He was sort of shortchanged when he was put on a team with two other bossy people. Maybe if one were on each team, we could see each one at their best. Whatever though, what's done is done. I just have one comment to make as a strategist: the cross-team alliance thing is awesome in theory, assuming they all make the merge, but with a group so large the practicality of it starts to fade. Sooner or later, they will have to turn on each other, and that moment may occur pre-merge if the mix is too diverse. Personally, if I were in a contest like Total Drama, I would start an alliance with some of my team, and do maybe a cross-alliance with one or two others, but not a giant one like this. It does provide for interesting drama though, so I am not really complaining there. Still looking forward to more, and hopefully the merge soon! I liked the chapter a whole lot. I had a feeling something like that would hapen, especially after Roger mentioned the tie. Hugh's new plot point is pretty funny. But... aw... I feel bad for Garret and Eleanor. I actually think they're a sweet couple, though I was expecting Emmet and Eleanor to end up together... Which may still very well happen. Garret and Eleanor still have more of a plot to come, but I'm not saying which direction they'll go in. Emmett and Eleanor... that's something that was in the story, originally. She was originally going to have a crush on him, but she wouldn't be able to date him, because she was going to be together with Buddy (don't remember how, but it was something to do with a romance challenge in Paris, where they ended up kissing each other), and then Buddy would've accidentally let it slip that he had a girlfriend back home, and everyone would vote him out. Then, Emmett and Eleanor would've ended up together, somehow, and everything would be all happy for them. XD I'm going to miss River, too, but it was his time. --Hey, it's Anonymos! Hailey was going to return, too, but I decided with Marisol's inclusion it would be too many contestants. I had a good story arc for her return. Wow! A double whammy of awesomeness! I love Marisol so far, and I love the arrival of the merge! This will open up new plot lines that are sure to please! Hugh's finally back!! That was the highlight of this chapter in my mind. This challenge was a nice idea, but not the most dynamic, aside from the surprises in the popularity ranks. I would have though Eleanor would be higher up on the list, and Hugh and Sue near the bottom. I guess the reasoning makes sense for all of them besides Eleanor though, but hey, just 'cuz I like a character doesn't mean others do as well. As for Shirley's elimination, I really don't have much to say. I think the reasoning for Shirley's elimination made a lot of sense, and I thouhgt the challenge was a neat idea. I liked the chapter, overall. Hugh's return was good. I actually missed him. About time Kurt and Hugh had a chance to converse! I figured the two of them would get along because of their somewhat similar femininity (albeit Hugh is for humor and Kurt is serious about it). So yeah...matador challege...nice concept. I can say I liked Monique, and I will miss her, but her elimination wasn't as disappointing as others that happened already (Sydney, River, Terri, Buddy). Well, this chapter was interesting to say the least! I liked the fact that Monique got to appear in another chapter, because she was one of my favorite characters and her elimination was abrupt, much like Kurt's. I am surprised at this elimination, mostly because Kurt has not had a huge amount of storyline, unlike Sue, Luca and Eleanor. I liked the challenge idea though, as it was a new twist on a done-to-death concept. The cage match at the end seemed random, but then again, randomness isn't always bad (just look at some of Turnertang's stories)! So yeah...final seven...comin' down to it! I quite liked the chapter. Marisol's part of the challenge was slightly o_O, but I thought the challenge was altogether a cool idea. Emmet, I grew to like him. Lydia... I shall miss her. And yet another double elimination! I can't believe I am still in the final 3 contest! Imagine if Hugh and Sue are the next to leave, and nobody wins! I liked this chapter's challenge, though I do think Marisol deserved invincibility for her success. A time limit was not part of the challenge if I recall correctly. Emmett never struck me as interesting, so his elimination didn't affect me much, but I am glad Lydia is gone! She creeped me out, and I am frankly surprised she made it as far as she did. That was an interesting chapter. I wish Marisol didn't quit, as she was my favorite.
