For nearly eight years, I've used the name "Nalyd Renrut" and most people who hear it over the internet mispronounce it. So here's a step by step guide so you stop saying Nal-id, Nal-dy, Natalie, etc.
The first half is Nal. This is pronounced like Al, like Weird Al. Nal.
The second part is Yid. This is like the word "lid" but insted of an L, it's a Y pronounced like it is in "yes."
Nal-yid.
Renrut is easier. Ren is like Trent, but with no T's. Ren.
Rut is the word rut, like "Boy, am I in a rut." Rut.
Nal-yid Ren-rut.
