Okay, so I guess this is as good a time as any to announce my departure from the wiki after four years of editing, several failed stories that shall not be named and countless ups and downs with every user here. Why am I exactly leaving you might ask?
- Dead passion - I've sort of outgrown the wiki in itself; the writing portion I feel minimal passion for, especially being limited to only a Total Drama-esque format.
- School has become extremely tedious and stressful - I'm currently in my junior year of high school, and I have the four hardest courses I've ever taken in my life (Algebra 3, Honors American Studies, College Chemistry, and Spanish III).
- I want to focus on tennis and academics - I need to focus more on school and what I want to do for the rest of my life. Right now, I have a heavy interest in psychology, and am looking into possibly becoming a child psychologist. As for tennis, I have a real passion for it and I have a winter league beginning next weekend that will occur for eight weeks consistently, ending in early January, which is when off-season for the actual season begins.
As for the amazing people I've met here, you're definitely still some of the most amazing people I've met in my life, and we can still talk through snapchat (@nduke24) if you want to add me and etc.
Well, I'll be staying on through the weekend, and after that, well... I guess it's goodbye. It's been a great four years here, and I definitely won't forget it.
