I'm no good with remembering important dates (I've been on for two-ish years?) or noticing milestones, but I thought I would do the obligatory wikiversary type blog, in tribute to the recent completion of my seventh story. So, in view of the foregoing, it's time for the Sprinktastic Spectacular Mega-Blog! (nonverbal woot!) Grab some popcorn, or popcorn substitute. I plan to write thank yous, rate my stories and how I felt about certain characters, and I did some artwork that you can feel free to quickly pass over to commemorate this important occasion (?).

Thank you to everyone who has commented on my art, stories, blogs, characters, or etc. Feedback always helps me get better, or feel good about writing these fanfictions. A major gigantic thanks goes to TDIwriter for not only for the aforementioned contributions, but for being one of my very best friends. I'm not the best with relationships that require social interaction, but he's never hard on me for the difficulties I have with expressing myself, where some might point out my odd wording, or difficulty with understanding things. I appreciate that sort of thing, since I've had to deal with it my whole life. TDIwriter is an amazing guy who is immensely loyal and cares deeply about people. You're a good kid, Charlie Br... TDIwriter. If this wiki just brought me your friendship, well, that's more than I would have hoped for. Thanks, buddy and li'l bro. He's also helped me with my stories since I tend to lack the ability to view things from a perspective other than my own, so he has helped make my more controversial story elements more palatable. I will lump together TAU and Lalainee, since they both help me in a similar way. These two are invaluable when it comes to feedback, and I owe a lot to them for that. In depth responses to stories and what's working for a character or not are a huge help, and it was nice getting to know the two of you. Thanks so much.
Nalyd Renrut was one of my earliest commentors and I respected him on this site fairly early, so it was cool to get his feedback. I feel we've gotten closer as time has gone by due to some similar interests, and I really appreciate your support of me. :) Sunny, too. When I got feedback from Sunny, that made me happy. I respect her opinion, a lot, and we get along swimmingly.
Reddy, I think you make a great admin. You've been a major help to me on several occasions when I've needed grunt work done and I greatly appreciate that. You're also super nice.

Sprink Talks About His Characters[]
So, with stories that are so character driven I'm bound to have favorites and least favorites from my own stories.
Let's talk about some of my favorite characters to write for. In the very first story, I really enjoyed writing for Stevie and Sabrina. Stevie was fun, because he was that lovable oaf that had more than one dimension, where the beginning of my stories weren't as multidimensional as they are now. I liked writing someone that was more than they seemed. As for Sabrina, I enjoyed writing her sarcastic replies for everything. It's how I am, a lot of the time so I felt comfortable writing for her, as it was basically my viewpoint on display. I guess. It was a long time ago, so I can't remember how well I did. But... My favorite to write for in Total Drama: Boney Island was Quintin. I enjoyed writing for him, because he was one of my biggest personalities in the first story. He was definitely my most multidimensional character in the first story, and like Sabrina, I felt comfortable writing for someone so vocal and kind of had an interesting gimmick (being right all the time).
Least favorites to write for of the Boney Islanders were Blair (any surprise?), Tommy, and Reginald. With Blair I liked the idea of a talkative character, but as for thinking of something to write in her monologues, it was a struggle. Tommy, I also liked his idea, but I didn't know enough sci-fi references to keep his character consistent. Reginald... I had big plans for him, but he got put on the back burner for the majority of his time on the show. I consider him the Sadie of my stories. Present for a while, but rarely contributing to plot. I wish that I had expanded on his struggle with remaining positive and personable, but I found it difficult for some reason.
Total Drama Reality... I really enjoyed writing for Jonathan and Ophelia. Jonathan for him being one of my first more serious characters. I did struggle writing for him, at first, but once he got to his more intense scenes I felt more comfortable writing for him. Ophelia was fun, because she was so nice. It was fun to have a little matchmaker setting up all the couples from the season, like, she made my role as author a lot easier as to how to get the couples together. XD She's the closest thing my stories have had to a mother figure. But my favorite to write for was... is it obvious? Tsuyoshi. I feel like he was one of my early really human characters. His life seemed like the most in depth at the time. It was also fun writing the humorous things that would happen to him, too.
I don't have many least favorites to write for from this story. If I had to pick one, it would probably be Val. I liked her, a lot, but she was just tough for me to write for.
Next up is Total Drama Tropics. Two of my favorites to write for were Al and Beau. Al was tough to write at times, but he had some of my favorite jokes, like using the fishing net as a hammock, and randomly handing Sebastian his clothes. I also enjoyed writing his more serious moments. As for Beau, it was awesome writing a character so quirky. He was just fun to write, and he was probably the character I most regret having be an early out, but I couldn't figure out how to make him work in the later part of the story.
As for who I didn't love writing for... I have to pick Patsy. In my head her concept worked better than what I was able to type.
Total Drama Wilderness... I loved writing for Kristy and Reeve. While Kristy had little story time, I felt I finally got down the positive character with her. It's easy for me to write negative actions and speech, but with her, I always had in mind that she couldn't say or do anything mean. That gave me a slight challenge, but in the end, she was fun to write. I wanted to show that not all leaders were bossy and controlling. Reeve... I loved the twist on his character. He was pretty central in the story, and usually they are if I like writing for them.
One word for hardest to write for, possible for all of my stories... Wayne. Holy cow... Why did I take that on? XD He felt like a different character in every chapter, but I have to admit, he was still kind of fun to write.
In Total Drama: The All-Stars, I brought back a lot of characters that I liked writing for, and ones I thought up plots for. I enjoyed writing for all of them this time, except maybe Melinda, because I couldn't think up any ideas for her. If I had to choose a favorite for this story it would be Creigh. He had the most intricate strategy that I've ever done, and my love for subtle hints was very abundant with him. Watch out for his trivia when I get around to detailing his strategy... I'm sure it'll be long, though. XD
Don't think I've forgotten about my second series. I planned to announce it, but this is as good a time as any. I will not be continuing this series. I apologize for that, but not having to do two stories a week has been a major load off of my shoulders since TDSP ended. I liked doing the second series, but it got to be stressful, and gave me little time to do much else. I hope everyone can appreciate what's there, as opposed to regretting that the series is over. I feel that those stories are still really strong on their own. I do plan to finish the reunion type chapters, though, and I'll also post a blog sometime showing the characters I planned for the alternate dimension story and the fairy tale story. Okay, on with what I thought about the characters.
In Total Drama Time Travel, I loved writing for El Serpiente. He was fairly off putting, but I was glad to deal with the subject matter I got to with him. I view him kind of as Eva if she had character development. XD He kind of inspired Man Kitten, too, since I loved writing for him so much. I would have considered making him the winner if it didn't mean that I would have to sacrifice the majority of plot lines after his elimination. Least favorite to write for... Mmmm... Roxie. She was another tough one to think up plots for.
Finally, for Total Drama Super Powered, I don't know if I can single anyone out. This whole cast was really fun to write for because of how extreme their personalities could be. I did really like writing for Kent Clark, despite his not being a fan favorite, but there was a lot I loved writing about every character in this story. Acid Tongue was probably the most challenging to write for in this story since she could do little other than insult people.
Sprink Ranks His Stories[]
So, this section I'll rank my stories on how I feel about them. I love all of them, but I do have a tendency to pick favorites. This isn't meant to change anyone else's views on them, though. This is just my own personal opinion. No need to tell me what you hate about my stories, either. XD
- Total Drama: The All-Stars. This has to be my favorite one. To me, there was always an interesting plot going on, and I feel like it had a lot of twists that readers didn't see coming. I don't do that in order to trick readers, but I do like it when I can write something slightly unpredictable. I don't purposely make my stories cliche. I also liked the cast, and the ending was one of my favorites I've thought of.
- Total Drama Reality. I basically view this one as my real first story (no offense to TD:BI). TD:BI was like an introductory story for me. It helped me test the waters as to what readers liked and responded to and to see what I could possibly get away with for future stories. TDR is where I finally got to do what I wanted to do, writing stories about realistic situations that people could relate to, and maybe even to see how to react to certain tough situations and problems. I have slight issue as I feel my writing has gotten better since then, but I try not to let what this story stands for and allowed me to do mean any less. This also had one of my favorite casts to write for.
- Total Drama Super Powered. This story was mainly written for fun, but it was one of my most enjoyable ones to write. It let me use my love for superheroes and combine that with my other love for writing realistic issues and feelings. The cast was really fun to write for, as well. It also allowed me to write a story with a lot of action, as opposed to my drama heavy/dialogue heavy main canon.
- Total Drama Time Travel. This one was really enjoyable to write, too. It was my most intricate of plots, I believe, as I had many things I was trying to tie in. One of my big goals with this story was to make teenagers from throughout time feel like they could all be relatable with what teens deal with, now, making them as though they could all be modern characters. I liked being able to do a fantasy based story, but the challenges were very challenging to write. I also wish I had an easier way to wrap up each character's story.
- Total Drama Wilderness. This was one of my personal favorites to write. I really liked the characters in this one. My major issue with it, though, was that it feels less targeted toward young readers. I usually try for that demographic, but this one feels a little older. It's fine by me, but I do regret that my readers couldn't relate to it so much. It had some of my favorite humor in my series, though.
- Total Drama Tropics. Now, I love all of my stories, really. Not in a conceited way, but just I'm proud of all of them. Total Drama Tropics was one of my strongest stories, and it carried one of my heaviest story elements, being the abusive boyfriend (i.e. Dante). I just felt that I eliminated some of the characters with the more major story lines early on in the story. The later end of the story was tough to write, because I wasn't sure what to write about anymore, and it dealt with dating, more than I usually like to deal with it.
- Total Drama: Boney Island. My first story. It's basically on the bottom for that reason. I have never written a story before Boney Island so while it was a good experience to write for it, it was also a learning experience. I love the story, though, and it means a lot to me. It got the reception that helped push me to keep writing, so I'm eternally grateful for that.
Character Sketches[]
While on the subject of TD:BI, I drew up some sketches of the characters from the story for this very event. I thought about what the characters might look like, now that I think I've become a better artist. Now, some of these are worse, since I feel like some of the characters don't need redoing. I include them anyway, as I find them pretty humorous. Remember, these aren't the original sketches, but new ones.

But that's not all! I thought it would be fun to post images of characters that were designed in reference to someone/something in the media alongside who they were based on. I'm guessing that while I usually post trivia on these references that the majority don't bother looking them up, so I'm taking this opportunity. Enjoy, hopefully. XD
Total Hottie Plot Ideas[]
So Total Hottie was my planned story about modeling, that would have required mass amounts of drawing for each contestant. A photo would have been posted for each character for each challenge, unless they got eliminated. Let me just go over the boot order and reasons for elimination.
10th Place - Girl in the middle of the girls image. I can't remember her reasons for being eliminated, but she was named Gen after singer Imogen Heap.
9th Place - Nathan, the guy on the far left of the guy's image would have been eliminated due to his complete lack of knowledge about modeling, being a simple farm boy. He would have been enamored by the city life, where the contest was to take place.
8th Place - Wes, the third guy from the right. Wes was a guy with some close friends that he dresses similar too. He takes a liking to Seth, the guy to the left of him in the image, thinking he's cool, and whatnot. Wes would slowly take on Seth's appearance until it was difficult for others to tell the two apart. Seth would be creeped out, as would everyone else, and Wes would be eliminated, basically for trying to act like someone else. I considered using his storyline for a future story, but I felt it would work best in an appearance driven story.
7th Place - Inara, the second girl from the left. After being heavily judgmental toward Mallory (the plus-sized girl in the image), not thinking she should be in the competition, she would be eliminated, doing worse than Mallory. Inara would be dating Hao, and try to convince him (who she would boss around constantly) to eliminate himself in her place. He stands up for himself for the first time, and Inara is indeed eliminated.
6th Place - Mallory. Not sure behind the reasoning. For this story, I rolled a dice to determine a lot of the elimination order.
5th Place - Seth. He would be eliminated after not conforming for a challenge he did not agree with. In the guy's pic, he was reworked as seen on the bottom of the image.
4th Place - Unnamed girl, furthest right. She would have been the one most people would think win (though not really into makeup, more into looking natural), doing steadily well. Eliminated for no thought up reason, but meant to surprise the remaining three contestants.
3rd Place - Randy, second from the right in the guy pic. He would have been incredibly serious. He would have done well, but lacked emotion needed in his last challenge, despite lightening up by the end of the competition.
2nd Place - Kit. Second from right. She would have been really quirky, and not the traditional model. Not sure why she would lose, though.
1st Place - Hao. Not sure why he'd win, but this was before Tsuyoshi's win, so I wanted a foreign guy to win (Hao was Vietnamese). I also wanted him to sort of get a backbone, being a nice guy that would basically do things to be nice, as opposed to standing up for himself. His personality is a little more like how Al's winded up.
Unnamed TDI Superhero Project[]
Well, this would have been a very gritty/dark story inspired by comic books. I posted some of the pics, but here are the plot ideas I planned for the story. It would have been a typical competition story, but with a twist... Well, it wasn't a competition. The similarity would have been that the 'eliminations' would have been depowering, quitting crime fighting/villainy, or death (yes, death). It would have been split up fairly evenly as to who was good and who was not so good. Here's some of the plot ideas. I didn't have ideas for every character, keep in mind, and some are pretty dark.
Katie and Sadie, their powers were more powerful when used together, as a team. Katie had a mirror that amplified the power of Sadie's Sailor Moon-esque rod of justice, or whatever. Their main adversary would have been the voice control powered Justin, who would often try to coerce them into joining his cause, which was basically robbery. I can't remember how, but Katie would have lost her powers after her transformation pendant was destroyed, forcing her out of the superhero industry. Sadie would have tried to go on, though she didn't want to fight without her BFFFL. After getting adjusted to fighting a lone, she would eventually decide that it wasn't for her, and give up on her crime fighting.
Noah, E.V.A., and Cody... You see, Cody was once Noah's sidekick. Cody wanted to be his own hero, and he got the chance when Noah, Dr. Brain, or whatever, defected to evil. E.V.A. was created by him as his personal robot henchwoman, though she eventually gets destroyed. I didn't think up what happened with Noah in the long run, but Cody's idea was probably the darkest of the storylines. Cody would have found that fighting crime alone was too hard for him to do. He would enlist the aid of Trent, an acquaintance that he becomes good friends with. Trent's power is to soothe people with his singing voice, while Cody's was to manipulate and control all sorts of technology. During a bank heist that the guys thwart, Cody hopes for fangirls and fame, but it all goes to his sidekick, Trent. Trent is humble about it all, though. As things go on, Cody keeps to himself about feeling jealous, while they thwart the actions of Gwen's character (a role similar to Catwoman). Cody eventually falls for Gwen, but it winds up that she and Trent fall for each other.
Cody gets so jealous, that while they plan a rendezvous he gives an anonymous tip to superhero hunter/villain hunter Courtney (imagine her in a white trenchcoat, becoming extremely psychotic in her views of right and wrong), with the hope of showing up to rescue Gwen, when Courtney shows up. Things go wrong, when gun wielding Courtney attempts to shoot Trent and or Gwen (feeling like Trent is just as guilty as Gwen, for mingling with her), and Cody tries to get her to stop (Courtney then would point her gun at him, feeling like he is trying to keep justice from happening, and guilty of whatever she feels like making him guilty of), Trent gets in the way of Courtney and Cody, on purpose, and is shot ( and eventually dies from his wound). Cody gets Gwen out of the dark alleyway, but gives up trying to be a superhero, feeling so guilty about his role in Trent's death. He doesn't pursue Gwen, after that. (Further in Courtney's psychotic behavior, she would have had a flirtatious role with Duncan, who would have been a criminal of some sort, until when the reader just thinks she likes him, she either shoots him, or sends him to prison... The former seems more likely.)
Okay, that's about it for the really dark storyline (you can see why I didn't go with it, I'm sure). As for other storylines, Bridgette was to be an environmentalist terrorist type who would target places that polluted and so on. Geoff would have been the hero that would have been her counterpart, and they eventually both would have switched sides after falling for each other. They would eventually both become good guys, though. Heather and her henchpeople (Lindsay and Beth) would have been bank robbers, while Tyler would attempt to thwart them. Lindsay would think he was cute, and despite scoldings from Heather, she would leave Heather's cause/influence to be with Tyler.
So that's about it for the plots I thought up for the story. As you can see, a lot of the plots were based on some events from Total Drama Island in particular. I dropped the story, mostly after deciding it was too dark for my taste.
Unnamed Story Plot[]
I've alluded to another story idea. It would have started as a regular competition (though it would be with family members. Two prior relations competing together, including parents, siblings, etc.), people would have been voted out, and one character in particular would have been particularly nasty. He would have been breaking up relationships by stealing guy's girlfriends, knocking people down, outing secrets, and bringing shame to his dad (who would have been competing alongside him). The twist of the story was... That unsavory individual becomes a murder victim on the show and the production is shut down, so Chris and Chef could investigate, also the power and contact with the outside world would have been cut off. I rethought the idea pretty quick after reconsidering it. I didn't feel comfortable writing some of the awful things the guy would have done, or the murder, in general.
