12 stories. 11 weeks. 3 critics. 1 schedule. 1 game. Earlier in the year, I tried making a summer story schedule but then no one signed up because not many people were on at that time but now that the wiki is getting more active I've decided to try a game.
12 users sign up with a story they are currently writing/going to write that has at least 11 chapters to write left. Every hour (8-10 PM) from Sunday-Thursday someone will premiere their story. That story can be any kind of story but it has to premiere at that time or near it in the hour. Every week there are three critics that'll judge your story. These critics are smart and know how to judge people on their writing. They critics will give you helpful tips on how to write your story. Each critic will take on reading 4 stories of their choice and judging them. Every story will be judged on how many people read it and the judges score out of 10 about that individual chapter you premiered. Whoever has the lowest score at the end of the week, their story will be eliminated from the competition. But, you still have to write your story at that time slot but no one has to say they read it anymore. At the end you get a prize if you continued with your story throughout the whole time. The winner gets the prize of Best Summer Story of 2012! The others get a special prize if they stayed true to the schedule. Any questions? Please ask me. It starts next Sunday or possibly the Sunday after. If not many people want to write, it'll be 12 stories. You may also participate if you are writing a collab + you can write another story as well as long as it is not another collab. If you don't premiere it in the hour you are assigned, you will probably be eliminated unless someone didn't premiere as well. Then, the critics would decide which story had the least amount of potential to win.
